Green Pan Ceramic Chipping Problem

I purchased the Green Pan Reserve Pro Ceramic Non-Stick 10pc Cookware thru Kohl’s to give to my daughter for Christmas. They are chipping at the rim when used according to manufacturer’s directions. I consider these expensive pans. Their promises are wonderful. Every other word is “safe” or “sturdy”. They offer a two year warranty, but by the time you read the exclusions, it covers NOTHING. Damage from “normal wear and tear” is excluded. Isn’t that the point of the two year warranty? What could be worse than coatings chipping into your food when you’re trying to keep your kids safe from chemicals, metals, etc. Green Pan claims that the chipping is “normal” and refuses to do anything about it.

Green Pans Stick…🤮

I spent a little over $600 on their largest box set and I am severely disappointed. One of the pants was warped and it took me about a month to get that situation resolved and get a replacement pan. Most of the pans stick and this is ceramic cookware that is supposed to be 100% nonstick even without the use of oil. Irish sausages I get direct from Ireland every month even with oil stick to these pans like it would if you threw sausages into a cast-iron skillet. Everything sticks and they are harder than heck to clean. They provide you with a little scrubber brush, but that doesn’t work. The Customer Service is dismal and all they wanna do is fight with you and argue with you and tell you you’re doing it all wrong when in fact it’s their manufacturing process that sucks the big one. I would avoid green pan. Misleading advertising, terrible cookware and really really bad customer service. And all around negative experience and I hope nobody has the misfortune like I did to make a purchase from this clown college dropout company.
