I found Green efficient and the website and app simple and easy to navigate.So sorry to see them fail, but unlike other energy firms receiving communication directly helped understand what has happened and why.

Such a shame that such a great utility company is going under, one of the best experiences I've had with a supplier, fantastic customer service easy to use app and all round wonderful company. The bigger companies don't have a look in and I'm dreading having to deal with them if it comes to it. Sorry to see you go green 😢

So sorry to be leaving Green
Was switched to Green by Look after My Bills over a year ago. Apart from the competitive pricing, I've been really pleased with the service they have provided and the ease of use of their website when accessing my account. I could get a monthly bill for gas and electricity usage (not available with other companies I've used) which has meant that I could keep tabs on household spend. Only hope the transition to Shell Energy is smooth and accessing my account will be as straightforward. Wishing the staff at Green all the best in securing new jobs.

I've been with them almost 2 years and have no complaints as everything went very smoothly with good customer support if I had to query something. Absolute con. So called account managers dont know what they are doing.
Company "makes up" the bill before meter readings given, they ALWAYS OVER ESTIMATE, then you have to fight to get it corrected, even when corrected, over the phone. Its not changed on the account.
Shame for the staff that they have ceased trading, but if not now would of further along.
Predatory, grossly incompetent, unfit director
Given the predatory and almost fraudulent approach to billing, knowingly using faulry meters, I am not surprised of the outcome. I wonder how the regulator ever awarded this Mickey Mouse operation a license to offer energy. I also wonder how Peter McGirr is allowed to be a director of so many companies, none of which makes money. There was a time that to be a director the meaning of fit and proper were evaluated. Green banked on an unsustainable model in buying / selling energy and tried to make money by collateral services...
