I'm genuinely sad to see this company…
I'm genuinely sad to see this company go, tried many over the years but Green are genuinely affordable with good communications and systems. Hope they can teach somethings to the company who will take over my account.

I am so dreadfully sad to read that Green have been forced to cease trading. They have been a very good company. I hope that the staff are all able to rebuild their lives successfully.

So sorry to hear Green have gone bankrupt, I feel for all the staff there who have only ever been helpful and polite in my dealings with them. The Government should help.
Green energy?
Only been with them 2 months. Easy switch, better 100% green energy deal than the last provider. Only but is the skewed market place- those who think they are buying green (wind sun wave) are not, it's based on an artificial certificate system (from .gov & ofgem) that inflates the cost in line with gas prices which is why the green suppliers have gone under. Wish the them well. Also makes you wonder if it is just a process to provide temporary salaries for CEO & board

Great company
Great company - so sorry to hear you have been forced to close. Loved the easy way of being able to log readings and see statements on line. I hope your staff get the support they need to deal with this horrible situation - thinking of you at what must be a devastating, stressful and uncertain time
Absolutely awful customer services
Absolutely awful customer services. Never interested in you, the customer. They don't bother to resolve issues, they never answer chat, just plain awful. AVOID at all costs.
Green - you were a super energy company
Everyone I've spoken to at Green have been helpful and friendly. Service was efficient, easy and user friendly. So sad that the company has ceased trading.

Sorry to here they are no longer supplying, I have not had any issues at all, very good experience and app and website easy to navigate was loving the cheaper bills than the big six, now worry about the increase

I join this company with the pull of been offered my electric at half of what I was paying.direct debit taken every month at the lower promised cost.few month down line bill tripled.rung to say I couldn't afford to pay all that and asked why I wasn't made aware if I wasn't meeting my charges as was told I was 300 pound in arrears.did not get how it had jumped up so high on a matter of months..did a meter reading and it jumped up another 750.said they were mad and they needed to check my meter..was told my meter was fine..never sent anyone to look despite me me ringing and begging as I know that bill isnt right.my 3 bed semi is currently using about 300 pound a month by this company's records.i was even told my jump up meter reading was wrong and would be taken off on one call to be told on the next call after yet another couple 100 added to bill that it wasn't wrong.my electric alone is getting me massively into debt with a outstanding bill of 1500 within 10 month with me paying around a good 700. so not even a year with this company my electric is costing over 2000.I've asked for pre payment meter..don't do them..i know my costing is no where near this and if it is there's a fault somewhere.told customer service my electric useage hasnt changed from last company..these promised cheap rates so how has my bill tripled..there reply..they must of been under charging u.con men and robbing people blind..on a add on since I wrote this review.rung them around 3 times to dispute bill.each time asked for my meter to be checked.on 3rd time they finally said they would send someone out to check the meter but this never happened,then it was shutting down and my ridiculous bill will now get passed on.wasnt even with this company a year but it was worse decision I've made joining.
Green Energy another very poor managed Gas & Electric Provider
Have been with Green Energy since 1st August and already have an account credit of £158 now its gone bust. I'm already waiting to hear from EON next regarding my credit from my previous Gulf Gas & Power (renamed HUB.) Green Energy should have insured their company for these sort of price rises and losses. I bet David McGirr will walk away with all his money and without penalties for running a very poor management team. Also I put most of thi blame on the spineless OFGEM for NOT making sure these fly by night Gas @ Electric providers are adequately covered by insurance. No one in the management of GREEN will be fined or lose any money over this closure.
Service was excellent, shame you're going
Not with Green for long, but their service was very good. The government should be ashamed letting all these small businesses to collapse whilst effectively giving the big suppliers the chance to build a monopoly. They must be rubbing their hands together!
We need more companies like this…
Even when trouble hits this company thinks first of its customers and sends out an email. I’m really sorry that they have had to close through no fault of their own. I had great service and confidence in them from the day I signed up. Good luck to David McGirr and all his staff. Thank you.
