These guys are good .second time back .last purchase I was told to message ahead of an order so they can make sure it all goes well probably because I'm a moany /specific/ customer ,i assumed .i did as instructed and what it actually was ,the agent who contacted and delivered my last order,remembered a conversation we had before that I liked gelato .he threw a pot on top .this wasn't the only good part .it says on the website some items will be sourced and take longer to come.i opened up a package Saturday morning happy and confused ,inside was a hand written note with an explanation that the first order was missing the sourced item (which I know to be sourced outside England,from Ireland if your lucky.he left a number to call him on..he told me/reassured me that wasn't the order and that half of it was free.i got my stash can,2 rolling papers as mentioned.additionally I received a crusher and a free pot of isolate as my order was 5g and all they had was 1g .the guy was down to earth and asked if I was happy and by the end of the conversation he said ,"tbh you shudnt be happy to pay for 1g of isolate if you ordered 5g and you probably bought the herb additionally and will have to buy again with new funds if we refund you,so if we give you all but one 1 item and your happy" .me being socially anxious said I don't mind paying for all the herb and isolate. He laughed in a friendly way,said no and asked if I wanted a refund to cover all but 1 item as he wudnt be happy, he knew I'd have to and want to repeat the order elsewhere etc and would end up paying more overall ..I ended up being charged £20 for 8grams of herb and a gram of isolate ,with rolling paper,stash can,crusher and next day delivery and he gave a this week date for the isolate with next day delivery too as an option .still I said I will wait and he asked if I was sure as I didn't sound sure that is rather £55back to order elsewhere from their partner to get quicker and then it's not reflecting bad on his company ...with in a few hours hed sent it back through PayPal..top customer service and resolution. Nice people ,will not rip you off ,if you get anxious over online site..trusted sellers
