This company delivers very poor quality work - they may sound helpful on the phone but the standard of work is terrible.
They tried to repair a way under an insurance claim and left paving slabs which had previously by tradesman been laid flush with the way with significant overhangs and gaps just filled with cement. Their view it was acceptable!

We were looking to install a new kitchen following a flood and decided to ask green bricks to design and quote for one , Ross came-to the house to measure up he very polite and full of ideas and whilst he was there we discussed two other pieces of work which he was happy to quote for , he then supplied a quote for one of the pieces of work, and then in the second week when we then went to their premises on in Stuston to review the kitchen plans, he gave me a verbal price from a piece of paper completing the two pieces of work which I was very happy to take up and leave a deposit as he requested. We were then shown the plans for the new kitchen which we liked .Then we heard nothing except for an email from Jess, who manages the front desk asking if we were still interested in the kitchen ,we replied yes we were, and also the additional pieces of work to which we have had no response back after being promised, no response so when I contacted the showroom to ask why we had heard no more, Ryan the designer told us he had been told to stop working on the kitchen, we asked why and he could not give one but he would find out and call me back but he never did.A second call was made and Ryan London answered and again I asked when we would be receiving the kitchen and work quotes, he too was unable to answer and would call back again again no response , we recorded both these calls. We then called again and spoke to Jess who informed us that as they had received so many quotes they would be too busy and would be unable to supply our kitchen and the additional pieces of work, so my partner sent an email to Ross direct asking why he had not mentioned this before after he had promised a really good job and he wanted the work ,his answer was that he was trying get us to give them the kitchen job and the additional work together and he had concerns that our insurance make take too long coming through and this is without them ever supplying any figures of how much it was going to cost to supply a kitchen!
I have read someone’s else’s review about green bricks projects and who wasted two weeks of their time waiting on a quote that was not coming , so I will say I am glad to have not used their services after the treatment we experienced , and no I would not recommend using them .

Green bricks have completed a number of jobs for us both internal and external. We were very pleased with the end results, high quality workmanship. Ross is great to work with, full of ideas and suggestions. Steve is a fabulous craftsman and I can highly recommend their work product. Mike Palmer

We used them to install solar panels and a battery system. We then kept getting arc fault warnings. This is serious issue, also found out we were not the only people had this issue from and install they had carried out. Finally they replaced the inverter. Because of the warranty issue we had they then denied all knowledge of the extra batteries we had in order with them, we had an email exchange that showed this and also text messages. Very unprofessional company. I only hope we have no more warranty issues, but am thankful that we paid on credit card so have some protection. Please is you wish to have solar installed use another company. Very poor at replying to emails it answering phone calls and rectifying serious issues. As an arc fault could cause a fire. Be warned.

We've just had a really poor experience, and couldn't even get as far as the quote stage. Two members of Green Brick came out to the property and spent nearly an hour looking round and taking notes. Nearly two weeks later after hearing nothing we've just been told they don't want to come and do the work! Highly frustrating as had we known sooner we could have got someone else in, as we were hoping they would take the project on so we didn't have to hire multiple tradespeople. Very disappointing all round
