Ordering from outside the U.S.
I paid for a print subscription; it's several months later and I have received no magazine. I sent e-mails to several addresses and received no reply. I called several phone numbers and every one was an answerphone EXCEPT for the number on the receipt for payment - it was NOT in use! Don't let these crooks steal your money like they have mine.
UPDATE: Magazine did finally arrive - after 3-4 months! And the second one - the January/February issue - has also arrived (today, May 26th). If you're outside the U.S., there's clearly a very long lag between dispatch and arrival.
Given 3 stars due to lack of communication at the start. However, I haven't rang them since, so could still be bad.
