Derek who we discussed the replacement of our windows & doors was excellent when letting us know our options. The quality examples was exactly what we were looking for. Can't wait for these to be fitted.

We had a fab home visit from Derek earlier in the week to give us a quote for new windows and doors. He was really knowledgeable and informative, and gave us ideas we hadn’t even considered but would suit our needs really well. We’d mentioned the importance of bringing in more light to our living space, and he’d kept this in mind from the beginning. He talked us through everything and was never pushy for a sale, however the quote he gave us was amazing and we were really happy with it (and relieved!!) as our budget is tight with a baby on the way. We also like how eco and environmentally friendly this company is, knowing we’ll save on our monthly bills and the windows that are removed will be recycled. We’re looking forward to having our new windows and doors fitted in the new year. Ask for Derek for a very friendly service with lots of laughs!

Had a lovely gentleman (Derek Reilly) come out and give us a quote for new windows explained everything and went through getting my dad approved for the new windows will definitely be going through them

What we liked about Derek coming was his explanation regards options on how best to accommodate the house, price options and also liked the fact he spoke with family and their valued opinion also, would certainly recommend

Had their sales rep Chris Gosling here this afternoon to measure up and give us a quote for new windows.
Chris was extremely helpful in enabling us to make a decision on our windows.
He explained everything thoroughly and left no stone unturned.

We had a visit from Derek to discuss upgrading our existing double glazing. Derek made us feel at ease, with no pushy sales talk. He explained the products in depth, in simple language which we could understand.
In addition he was most helpful in identifying some windows which windows did not need replacing at the moment. We were most pleased with his suggestions and of course the price.

Verry friendly and helpful

Carl and Jordan came to us and were excellent. Our windows were put in with little mess and what little there was they hoovered up before they left each evening. There was little interruption to us and they were so kind to move furniture or whatever needed to carry out the work. The finish is superb inside and out we are thrilled. Would thoroughly recommend GreenCastle.
