I signed up for Greenenvelope back in 2023 when I was having a combo birthday/Valentines Day party. It’s a very easy website to use with many beautiful premade invitations you can use or you can create your own. I did not know that they were going to auto renew my unlimited plan at $375. When I received my bill yesterday I freaked seeing I had been charged going forward for the year 2025 and also had been charged in 2024 and I dont think I even Used it? Or if I did It might have been for a small gathering and wouldn’t justify unlimited costs. I couldn’t sleep all night because I assumed Greenenvelope would tell me tough luck. I called them right when I woke Up. Kristen, in customer service, was so nice and gave me GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! She took a look at my account and told me no problem!! They are crediting my account for my non usage for 2024 and also the entire amount for 2025 charge. There are very few companies that would do this!! I will definitely be using them every time I have a party!! Their prices are great! They do have many packages for pricing. All the pricing is much lower! The unlimited option is for many many parties, which i don’t have. I highly recommend Greenenvelope to everyone! I appreciate Their high level of integrity!!!

Greenenvelope was SO easy to use and extremely helpful in keeping everything organized on on track.

I would most definitely use this site again.

I love the desk top version but began use because it was supposed to have phone app capability. That is not possible. app is very and can't be used. Can only work on invitations on my computer.
