Order never arrived - poor service

Wish I’d read the reviews before I placed my order. Ordered over 3 weeks ago and it hasn’t arrived - tried calling, someone called Jay is on the voicemail saying he’s busy but to send an email and he’d get back to me within a few hours. It’s been days and no reply to my email. Avoid at all costs.

Online scam ???

This was the worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered water softener tablets 10 x 25kgs bags and paid £140 in full. I received an order confirmation email. Two weeks later I attempted to contact Greens Essentials for an update, I was ignored. Over the following two weeks I sent over 12 emails and numerous chat messages none were answered, attempting to contact by phone was impossible. Weeks later and suspecting I had been scammed after reading other reviews I decided to contact my Banks Fraud Department and Trading Standards, I also notified Greens Essentials of my actions. Surprise surprise after weeks of frustration and being ignored I received a refund the following day.
BE WARNED.

refund promptly

Order placed 3rd of October. Unfortunately I had to ask for a full refund. As the order was not arriving. I messaged for updates and received prompt an answer, I agreed to wait longer, but had to cancel on the end. I understand the items comes from different suppliers and stock might be low. I definitely will reorder again in a bit more timeframe when need a larger amount. The prices are good. The refund was hassle free and the communication was also good.

Ordered some sweets on the 1st October

Ordered some sweets on the 1st October, have still not received them they have told me 3 times that they would post them the following day and were experiencing technical difficulties, will have to go to my bank , they are scammers AVOID AT ALL COZST

I order 48 pound off Ariel pods 18 June and I still don’t receive them I asked for refund and nobody answered me back I will write to the solicitors because like me I think they many people how does receive their stuff this is not respectful for the customer ……. Now we are 31 august it’s not possible more then 2 month for delivery

Don’t waste your time or money.

Ordered two cases of Coca Cola because of the price, couldn’t be easier a couple of cases of coke 48 hr delivery job done. Three weeks later still nothing no answer to any emails eventually made contact via live chat to be told they were awaiting stock. No further contact but luckily paid by credit card so after five weeks credit card company refunded me.

Better late than never...

I had ordered from here before checking trust pilot, then I got a bit suspicious after my order was late, and saw that some people did not receive theirs. I accepted that I'd just lost my money and I wouldn't get my order, but today they actually did arrive as described, although 2 weeks late.

They just sent me another sales email… without fore filling the original £144.99 spent!!

They just sent me another sales email saying you have saying I have checked out an item on their website, MAC Tablet Salt for £144.99 reduced now to £139.99! that would be great if I had received my original order Order #34184 placed on 1st July 2024 that has still not delivered with no update on the delivery?
With £144.99 paid WITH NO COMMUNICATION SINCE:

I ordered Prime Aaron Judge V1 and V2…

I ordered Prime Aaron Judge V1 and V2 bottles website all looked ok payment taken then order tracked thru Evri.Last week received box and box was empty with Newspaper no products.
The phone number goes to voice message and U can't leave a voice message too full up.The email comes back to say go thru website talk on live chat nothing back then email comes thru to say order is being sorted as a delay the chat on website come from someone that is from another country.
A email then to say send pics of the box.No email back no reply back on chat.A complete scam no refund no to say items are on there way Plenty of people have said they have received a empty box or half a delivery.
Please everyone in the UK do not buy from this shop or website.It needs trading standards involved or someone to visit the shop

As they are a complete scam company

I have received a reply on Trust pilot from Green Essential with the same excuses that they gave me in all the 24 emails that I sent, they apologised for the lateness of my order as you see the date and I know that they will never refund, please don’t order from this company it’s a scam

One of the worst company ONLINE

One of the worst company I have encountered ordering online. I should have checked the reviews. I was so excited to order a drink which I love, saw a decent price but discounted if you buy more, unfortunately it's all a scam, luckily my bank helped me to get my money back. There's no option 0 star. Communicated via email for almost a month and just wasted my time, Kept on telling me refunded but never got my money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Its fraud and scam please dont lure to

I tried to find a shitake mushroom crisps then found this seller showing Herdfordshire based cheaper than other retailers kind of Costco, amazon, ebay.. over £40 shows free for delivery and 48hours delivery
But i now realised been scammed by cheapest value among of any other seller..typical scam oh dear ..i tried to contact various way none of ways responded ..telling dont provide any support of emails and no contact number at all indicating contact only on site live chat yes i tried ..nothing appeared !! I reported my HSBC bank for this fraudster to charge back please aware of this one
.Hope not lured like me i will report consummer protection association too and possibly police as well not in UK you cant hide

Total con website DO NOT USE. Ordered online. 48hr delivery. Nothing has arrived. 18 days now. No contact replies when trying to contact for a status update numerous times. Phone number does not work. No Customer service
