I have tried several times by email and…
I have tried several times by email and instagram in regards to my booking and have had no response. We made a booking for golf in Spain and when I rang the golf club to book a buggy (I was told to do this by another company that we had booked golf through, they got back to me very quickly!) the said club said it had no booking for us?? No response from Greenfee and the game is in 2 days time! Pretty poor service

Unless you are seriously trying to lose the customer? I've heard nothing back. I've written to the course. Nowhere on your site is there a link to your helpcentre.
So the dorks at GF365 replied as follows a day after the tee time; "We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Incompetent Idiots. Their "365" doesn't include weekends or holidays so it should really be "Greenfee220"[if you're really lucky]. I booked on a weekend; I paid on a weekend; I played on a weekend; they don't work on weekends. DUH
