Awful service

My break down company sent greenfield recovery out to recover my car which was only a mile from greenfield depot in Hilton Derbyshire. This was at 5pm Tuesday 8th October 24. The recovery vehicle arrived within minutes but an extremely unhelpful driver looked at my engine for 10 seconds and asked me to start it but the battery was flat. He didn't even try to jump start it and he didn't know what was wrong with it and i wasn't covered for recovery, which i am but the recovery man ignored me and simply drove away leaving me standing in the rain. I rang my break down company again who sent out annother recovery firm who imeadeatly put my car onto the recovery vehicle and drove me to a repair garage and then took me home. Unfortunately the second recovery firm wasn't able to get to me until 8.30 pm. If greenfield had recovered my vehicle as they should have done it would have saved me, an elderly man, standing at the side of the road, in the dark and heavy rain for over 3 hours. Avoid greenfield recovery at all cost.

Unethical business canvassers HMRC

Before 8:30 in the morning I receive a call. Agent looking for my partner who is not even based in the UK. I ask how I can assist as it is a recoveries company regarding a legal matter with our company. She tells me she is canvassing for business and wants to KNOW if we have any recoveries outstanding for HMRC and if she can assist us. Incredibly unethical. My partner would have no idea about outstanding matter and would be panicked with a call of this concern.
