Excellent customer service. They stand behind their products!

I can’t recommend Greenfields more highly. I purchased a workbench three years ago and it has served me well. But I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service and dedication to a product. The vice on the workbench broke recently. Greenfields first sent me a replacement vice free of charge, and then, when it turned out that the vice manufacturer had changed its design and didn’t have any of the old vices in stock, Greenfields sent me an entire new worktop to the bench that would fit the new vice. The malfunction of the vice was not Greenfields’ fault, but they went above and beyond expectations in rectifying the issue. Many thanks to all of you at Greenfields for all your help!

Even one start is too many

Even one start is too many, The most horrible experience I ever had with a company, stealing customers money without providing the items!!!
Avoid avoid avoid this company and never purchase from them if you done want to loose your money!
purchased a jewellery bench over weeks ago! Gave clear instructions for delivery to be given to my neighbour as I work 7 days a week and not at home!
They have delivered my items to the wrong address and left outside which my items has been stolen and the company does not take responsibility for the mistake they have made with the courier service. They have not replaced the bench and stolen 240 pound of my money!!! Disgusting service and Natalie who dealt with the issue is pretty rude and horrible. I do not recommend this company at all!!! Avoid avoid avoid shopping from this company

An excellent product and a pleasure to do business with

I don't usually bother to leave reviews for companies but made an exception for Greenfield's.

The ordering process was simple and the product first class BUT I was especially impressed by the customer relations and communication.

Many companies fall down at this point but this was a textbook example of great service. I was warned there may be a slight delay when I ordered (not a problem), but even this delay was reduced by a few days, I was kept informed throughout. The product arrived when they said, was well packaged and went together well. There was a minor issue with 4 bolts missing but after a quick email they were dispatched the same day and arrived in the post the next morning.

I wish other companies could be so well organised

(Items I ordered from another company required 21 emails, a delay of 4 weeks, a missed delivery and then a duplicate sets of products turning up instead of just one!)
