An excellent installation. Work carried out with minimal disruption with efficient and consideration. Polite and helpful instructions given when commissioned, all requests met with a positive and helpful response.

Had battery fitted for our solar panels. We were given all the information we needed. The work was carried out as described and the site left in a clean and tidy state.

It may have taken over 8 months from order to installation but that's Tesla Powerwall lead times for you and much as had been advised on ordering. GreenGen kept us informed of progress throughout.

Once the battery became available the whole process moved on quickly and efficiently. and the actual installers did excellent neat and tidy work. Difficult to fault really.

When installing a system powered by an Air Source Heat Pump, Greengen fitted a hot water cylinder described by its maker as "not suitable for use with a heat pump system due to its heating coil being too small" An enlarged heating coil is required due to the lower water temperature from a heat pump compared to that from a traditional combustion type boiler. Only after taking this matter to the MCS and NECEIC Consumer Complaints Body was I able to get the hot water cylinder changed for the correct type.

I contacted this company for advice about installing a battery storage system at my house. An appointment was duly made, which I changed arrangements to keep.It was cancelled at very short notice, and I was asked to ring the office to rearrange. The office staff were totally disinterested, and said to wait until the lady I had spoken to was back. She then arranged a virtual estimate, which was not at all what I wanted. A further appointment was made, and this morning it was also cancelled. This company does not deserve to be in business. Colin Scott
