A very imposing guy came to my door yesterday, he wanted know what colour I wanted and design without even a thought as to the fact that I was not expecting him as it was a cold call door knock! Promised me great rates and yet within 3 minutes and not even off my drive way thanks to ring door bell, I had a call from another guy with a dodgy accent wanting to send a designer around WHY? they are windows not Grand Designs. I said "NO" and blocked number. I will decide who I want to replace my windows without the pushy door sales and phone calls or designers who are not needed!

I have requested a quote to replace one window and the front door. We had arranged someone to come out and measure up, instead they sent us a sales lady, very loud and off putting. Spent a whole hour in the house trying to get to know us, haven’t even touched the subject of windows… we had things to do so she left and said we will rearrange , but never heard from them again. Probably she decided we were not worthy enough their time?

From start to finish very professional and we were made to feel well looked after. The sales guywas very informative and gave us some good advice and was approved of by our cat. We were kept informed of progress on our order and fitting was superb. We are very happy with all aspects of the process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks to everyone involved.

We had a lady come out. Well as for no hard sell, rubbish. We were bombarded with information, given forcefully and loudly. Her perfume was so strong I felt sick and the house still stinks of it.
Wouldn’t have bought anything from them anyway with the extortionate prices but I wouldn’t just not to have her back in my house.

A solid little business, everyone I spoke to was warm and friendly and happy to help.. they have a massive range of colour options to a little gutted I played it safe and went black but perhaps next time I'll go for something bold.

Special shout out to CJ sales, Paul and Tony who are the best fitters in the land. They helped me achieve my vision internally and honestly have never had windows fitted so well.
