hotels.com supports this dishonest hotel with Misleading information
Green Rich Hotel, Osaka Airport is a dishonest hotel that pretends to be at the Osaka International Airport in Japan and list themselves as this on Expedia, Hotels.com and other booking engines. They are in actual fact at the domestic airport in the north, and I suspect I am one of many people that book this hotel thinking that it is as described at the International airport. The domestic airport is at least an hour and a half away to the north. I complained to hotels.com . Both refused to refund me my money. Hotels.com continue to allow this hotel to mislead the public with their location. Be very careful the Osaka International airport code is (KIX)
I suspect this is an intentional scam. If they manage to get one person a day do this, they are making some good money as they refuse to refund the money when you discover the hotel is not where they suggested it is.
