The Quadgrow units x2(8 plants) arrived…

The Quadgrow units x2(8 plants) arrived and they look good. But on setting them up I found that they have predrilled holes for connection to each other but no plugs if one does not wish to connect units. Customer Service told me no one ever wants them separately and if they did they could buy the plugs, not obvious on their website, for a small fee plus postage. They also said they never intended them to be separated. Then why make them 2+2 rather than an integrated 4? Having already spent over £100 on Quadgrows plus postage I asked if they would like to supply these FOC. They “declined”. It is very annoying to buy a product, only to find you need to buy more items to get the product to work. Hence my 3*.

Over & Above Customer Service

I had ordered a Quadgrow set but it arrived minus a nutrient cover. I contacted the company, not realizing they had gone into administration but the new owners have kindly agreed to send the missing cover, without hesitation. Great customer service and communication. I will be ordering from this company again.

Customer Service Restored

After having problems contacting Greenhouse Sensations by email, and after leaving a negative review, the response was fantastic. I received the replacement Quadgrow planter within 24 hours and was kept informed from agreement to provide the replacement planter to delivery.

Feeder mats on eBay cheaperI…

I have 16 quadgrows so every year I need the feeder mats for them, it’s usually not straight forwards at the customer service is as others say non existent. This year the website told me there was an issue with the site. A quick search reveals they are available on eBay at a better price! Really disappointed that the manufacturers can’t supply the product directly at a competitive price. Item from eBay dispatched in less than 24 hours unlike greenhouse sensation. Company needs a shake up in my opinion.

Season's experience of Greenhouse Sensation

We have waited all through the tomato growing experience of '22 and beyond but can now say that the auto watering system worked superbly well. We had to top up by variable amounts; the plants were most thirsty when the fruit were ripening but even then we only needed to top up about every 5 days. We managed several holidays including one of 10 days in September and the system worked fine.
Looking forward to setting it up this year

No reply from customer services for missing part

I ordered a Vitopod heated propagator and it arrived quickly but the lid was missing.
I then discovered that you cannot ring customer services - the web site now states 'As part of the changing dynamic of our operations, providing a comprehensive telephone service is not possible. We would encourage you to email any queries to ...
I sent an email On Nov 10th and am still waiting for a reply (Nov 21st).
I tried calling the telephone number which was provided with the instruction leaflet '0845 602 3774' and heard a recorded message 'you have called Nick; Nick is not available at the moment, so please leave a message or try again later'!
So who is Nick and where is Nick?
Starting to sound a bit suspicious to me - I am concerned that I may not get the lid and this will make my propagator extremely difficult to use, as I need the lid to attach the grow lights as well as protect the seeds etc.!

Good customer service, prompt delivery

I contacted the company before I bought the vitapod with some questions. They answered very promptly.
I then bought the base only, which is what I wanted. It arrived very quickly and I was able to arrange delivery for when I was in.

Prompt as usual

As usual Greenhouse Sensation were doing what they do best by getting the item ordered delivered promptly. I would like to point out that the green house insulation was not of a high quality. Recommended size of the bubble aspect is larger than the product the GHS provide.

The quality of the goods is fine

The quality of the goods is fine. It was delivered promptly but it came without sufficient nuts and bolts for assembly. Having given Greenhouse Sensation precise details of the missing parts the following day I received an email asking if I wanted just one nut and bolt. I required a pack! The goods were then delivered quickly.
