Slow dispatch but worst of all I didn't receive everything that I ordered! I have emailed the company several times, used there messenger feature on there website and tried all of there social media accounts. But no response and it's been over a week.

This company doesn't accept returns for unopened products. My trip to NZ got cut short and needed to retire a device I ordered since I would no longer be living there. I empaled them immediately and it took them over a week to finally respond ... and when they did finally respond, they said they don;t offer returns, even when the product is brand new in its original package. What an effing joke. You'r3e clearly dealing with a small business here, who has no idea what customer service is. Buyer beware.

I paid for 1x stainless pipe, and 3x identical glass pipes. They only sent me one of each, so I’m missing 2x glass pipes that I have paid for.
No contact details to contact them other than the contact form on their website.
I’m still waiting for a reply…

Quick easy ordering and a great range of products. Everything arrived undamaged and wrapped well. So far I got my Xmax V3 Pro Dry Herb Vape, a couple of dosage capsuals, a very cool Darth Vader Grinder and my V3 Pro Glass mouthpiece all for very good prices and all delivered promptly. Everything was well wrapped and padded so it wouldn't get damaged. I'm sure anyone that recieved a damaged item is better off looking at NZ post and not at the store directly from my experience with NZ Post they can be rough as guts with how they treat packages.

Cheap, good quality and fast service. Within an hour of ordering the order was shipped can't beat that.

All items were shipped and arrived overnight apart from greenhut , they didn't fulfill the order until about 6pm the next day so couriers were all finished so due to Easter won't arrive until next Tuesday, I specifically ordered in time and they were the only company not to send the items in time, won't be using them again unfortunately when there competition came through with no issues . Not a good look for them in the industry .

I was concerned with the bad reviews on here. However, everything went well. Initial confirmation took a little longer than I thought it should have (eg. 2 days), but when it did happen, so too did the follow up emails, tracking and delivery which all happened within a couple days after initial contact. End result was therefore great.

Product arrived super well wrapped and on time.
Really happy with purchase. HIGHLY recommend.

Scam site, do not buy here. I have just been through several emails with this company, in regards to 14mm arm handle bowl and ash catcher. They sent me 10mm and I emailed saying hey whats up with this can you please send me a return courier bag and what I ordered please 14mm, not 10mm, far too small. He then blatantly lies and says we been doing this for over 2 years we know what 14mm looks like. Sends me a photo of my bowl, said we took this photo of your order. So I send back a photo of the complete order with ash catcher, and measures 10mm in photo. He then gives me another email saying, you have to return them here is a courier sticker attached. I said no I want my order please, then I ll return them with your incl envelope. So he never had what I wanted in the first place just sent me two wrong size items, crap quality, didn't look like the glass on the website. In the end I told him to shove it. I know that had I returned these items he would not have refunded me. If I had done a little research I would have known its a scam site. The owner or manager is a compete joke.

Love the amount of bubble wrap that was included to protect the water pipe shame it doesn't work when you send a water pipe with a giant piece of glass missing 🤔 who wraps up and sends a broken water pipe the broken piece wasn't even in the package TERRIBLE QUALITY CONTROL!!!

The first time ordering a Waterpipe and some papers and whatnot it was algood great quality but it broke not long ago so I got another one faithfully spending 160 dollars on the order altogether and it arrived broken this could be becuSe of the shipping company tho so if that’s the case it’s a 5 star from me. Edit: they replied to my email quick and after hours and quickly ensured me they would replace it at no cost to me

Bought a bong and grinder as a gift and tho I havnt used either, I had to give a review based on the wrapping alone. One main box with another box inside covered by some paper mesh thing. Inside that box was full of bubble wrap and the bong. Perfect wrapping to make sure it came in damaged and it did. 10/10 ordered twice from here now and both times the item came perfect with no problems. Only way I could see if being damaged while being delivered is if someone sat on it. You could drop it and it wouldn’t break in packaging.

Bought twice from here now, both times have received fantastic products with amazing quick shipping! Everything has been packaged really well, super stoked and will absolutely be using again and recommending to others!

Bought water pipe, sent me complete wrong design that I ordered. I emailed and text, no response whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend or buy from again, it's a gamble with what you're going to receive and if you'd get a refund or response at all. It states on the website that if stock is low, the item you receive is to their own discretion. However when you buy a design advertised you'd assume thats what you'll get. Atleast let customer know that they're not receiving what's expected. Pretty slack procedures
