Very happy so far

I've purchased the Smart Protein, Hormone Balance, and Water Balance. Since starting those, I'm sleeping more soundly than I have in more than 20 years, my face is slowly losing its puffiness, my upper arms aren't as swollen and I can touch the back of my neck again without my arms feeling like they're going to explode from the pressure.
Delivery to the UK takes about two and a half weeks.
Happy with the results so far.

I have not placed an order and I have never received the orders you charged me for. I have contacted AMEX do not send me anything else. Do not charge my credit card and please credit all charges. I will take this further if necessary

It has helped me to start loosing…

It has helped me to start loosing weight, its goint to take a while but i am going to keep going, as I am sure in the end its going to work.
The delivery is notbad, but could be abit quicker.

Underhand practice regarding repeat orders

I'm not the customer, my wife is and she's currently fuming. I am however the person paying!

As others have said, be aware that this is a subscription service.

I've read replies from the company and they say, the repeat order cannot be done without selection.

So, I went to their website to check. And they are correct, however, what they fail to point out is that the option to have repeat orders is auto-selected. It's a much smaller option box below the options for the product you're choosing.

People ordering from this site might easily miss that, my wife clearly did and she's contacted the company so they do not send out the product. We've also contacted our bank....my bank....and instructed that no further payments should be authorised, sadly, the current one is in the pending so already called for.

While this is not a scam company, you do get the product, the way they auto-populate the repeat order box is underhand, and it would appear many have fallen foul of it.

It is also extremely difficult to find any way to cancel the auto-repeat. I couldn't find anything in their FAQ or terms. My wife has emailed the company and we will await their reply.

Be very careful when placing an order, don't fall foul of the repeat order box unless you truly want it.

Very underhand and very difficult to contact/cancel!

I wouldn't recommend them due to their business practice!

After a few emails they contacted my wife.

There is no way to cancel the subscription on their website, which I think is extremely bad. However, the person my wife corresponded with was helpful and emailed a subscription cancellation link which worked. The person also explained how to obtain a refund on the product.

I've revised my review up to three stars. They're not a scam site, but their website does have what I consider to be underhand practices.

I wasn't aware that this is a subscription but they have taken £67.00 from my account unsolicited. I have contacted them by email and have cancelled my subscription today, but it is too late for a refund. Be careful when ordering as it is nigh on impossible to stop a subscription.

Don’t buy from these scammers

Don’t buy from these scammers, they sign you up to a subscription when you specifically choose a. One time only option, and then don’t respond to emails asking to return and cancel - absolutely disgusting - also they’ve replied saying they’ve emailed me directly, that’s another lie, they haven’t

Great product

Great product, I feel so much better taking it. I purchased one month at first to see how it went. Apart from feeling good Ive lost five pounds in weight. As a result ive ordered a three month suply as it works out much cheaper.

I didn’t realise I had signed up to automatically receive more, I emailed to say I didn’t want them when I saw the transaction on my account but they were still sent out, I returned them in the original packaging, but have not received a refund.

I don't notice any improvement in my…

I don't notice any improvement in my metabolism and have decided not to continue, however there's no control my end to end a subscription. This in itself makes me feel anxious and suspicious as I don't have control over their ability to take money from me. This needs to be addressed as making services difficult to navigate, update and contact gives a negative experience. I want to cancel my subscription but I don't know how and it seems very difficult and out of my control. I'm not happy.

Aid to Thyroid

The product offers a complete change in my body's absorption of levothyrosine but no difference yet! I will keep taking it as I appreciate that things rarey happem overnight. They took forever to arrive but were delivered to the place I requested.

hidden subscriptions

There are hidden subscriptions, I ordered a product back in February, did not intend to get any more as they do nothing for me, they have taken more money out of my bank, I have raised issue with bank and I have emailed company but now begins the long process of trying to get my own money back and trying to stop this from happening again.
