This is the third time using Greenleaf and I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I have dealt with Greenleaf Mortgages Limited a few times, as I have had a few purchases collapse, but each time they have been great at looking into mortgages for me and giving me their advice on properties I have looked at, or mortgage product offers. Hopefully this time around I am lucky with my purchase, but I would definitely use them again or for remortgaging.

Liam supported me in securing a mortgage offer for my first property and the service from him and Greenleaf was excellent throughout the process. As a first-time buyer I was unfamiliar with the process, but Liam was always available to answer my questions and clearly set out what I could expect at each stage. Liam was very responsive and easy to get hold of over email and the phone, and was always really friendly and personable (which I especially appreciated being new to anything mortgage-related!). I first dealt with Charles a little over 2 years ago when getting my first ever mortgage, he made the whole process seamless, very knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions and very friendly. It’s now time to remortgage, I received an email from Greenleaf to remind me and also wanted to give me some quotes, of course I accepted and wouldn’t think about going elsewhere. Now I have the pleasure of dealing with Liam. So far the process has been just as seamless as the first time with Greenleaf. Again very knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all my questions.
