They don't keep their word
If you're having trouble with your rewards points for over 2 weeks, you should tell people that instead of saying "you'll get $5off on your next visit" it shouldn't be the customers problem. It's something YOU advertise, not your 3rd party whoever. You lied twice. Once when the manager said it has been down for weeks, it has not. The other when you said I WOULD get a $5 discount on my next visit. Just because I can't afford a medical marijuana card doesn't mean I don't need it medicinally. I really like most everyone in that store, but why would you make your problem the customers problem. Most businesses would honor that. It's obvious that I had the points. If you know basic math.
