I rented a car from Tetouan for a 4 days trip. My experience was really pleasant. At the airport, It was really easy to found the Green motion Desk. The employee, Ousama, was very professional and perfectly fluent in French. The car received was alligned to my reservation and together, we checked the car and the tank level. I took pics of the car but Ousama recommended to even make a small video to avoid misunderstanding at the return time. car was great and the check out done without any issue and done really fast . I recommend them as great and professional partners and I will certainly rebook from them. Deposit has been release after 3 days and confirmation received via what sup. Great company, Thanks Oussama !

Day Light Robbery!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!
Very bad service, booked a Range rover sport and they tried to give me an unknown Chinese car “SOUTHEAST” at the price of a Range Rover without even offering a discount and charging the same deposit amount as well. The man had “rental office” in the boot of his car, Looks like they are working illegally as they don’t have an office or even a board in the parking. He said come to “Avis” parking bay. Now I am stuck with no car and yet to receive my refund.

Avoid Hire Automotive Group (U-Save / Green Motion) at Tetouan–Tangier. My experience strongly suggests a scripted “underbody damage setup used to pressure customers into paying grossly inflated repair fees, and to push expensive insurance.

What happened:

I booked an SUV like car Renault Kardian, but they pushed me into a low Renault Clio instead (making underbody/low-panel “damage” claims much more likely).
At pickup, the car was tightly parked between other vehicles, making it difficult to properly inspect the lower panels/underbody.
Staff pressured me to buy expensive insurance, implying it was necessary to avoid problems later which I refused.
On return, they “found” a tiny paint scuff (under 1 cm)** in the lower area that looked pre-existing.

They demanded an unrealistic repair fee in morocco (~€1,500) for this minor mark.
To justify the high price, they claimed in addition to repair the car needed towing to a workshop, even though it was fully drivable Idrove it back to the airport myself.

Why I’m warning others:
This didn’t feel like a fair damage assessment. It felt like a repeatable trap: make inspection hard, push insurance, then “discover” a tiny mark in a hard-to-check area and present an extreme bill.
Advice:
If you can, rent elsewhere. If you must rent, record full video at pickup and return (especially the lower panels/underbody), refuse rushed handovers, and don’t accept a downgrade without documenting everything. I would never use this location again.

Terrible company. Avoid at all cost. Spend your money on accredited companies, Green Motion will take your money and runaway with it

I came in with low expectations—but I was completely wrong. U-SAVE is truly excellent. I can’t believe how affordable it is for the level of quality you get. The staff are friendly, helpful, and responsive. I highly recommend it.

Green Motion in Fes were genuinely excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, straightforward, and efficient, and the whole process — from pick-up to drop-off — was quick and hassle-free. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly what I had booked, unfortunately let down by the the suprise daily insurance charge, more than the rental itself (the other choice was a 20,0000 MAD/2000 Euro deposit). Overall, a really smooth experience and great value. I’d happily rent from them again.

They are Bandits and not correct,
We had payed everything with visa and took an extra recommended insurance,
but they deliver the car they asked 800€ + 90€ extra, first and last time to rent a car there 😡😡😡

Rented from green motion, paid the fee, received confirmation. When I arrived at the airport, I called the agency. He said he would not come, he was “too busy.” I had to find another rental company. I reported this to the booking platform in order to receive reimbursement, the green motion worker told them that he came and I didn’t show up. So in addition to scammers, they are also liars.

Horrible experience. I rented through the carjet platform. They didn't show any extra cost and then asked me 50€ to get and another 50€ to return the car, because the agency is closed on Sundays. All the other agencies just showed the eventual extra cost in the inquiry page on the website. It's a fraud. And they told me it is "bien noté" in the contract (that I received by mail after my non refundable reservation).

I rented a car through a broker and returned it to this branch. Two staff members — one with braces on his teeth and another with dark skin and dark hair — falsely accused me of causing a tiny scratch that was already on the car.

The original inspection was done at night in poor lighting, so that mark couldn’t even be seen.

When I returned the car, they forced me to sign a paper without letting me read it, and one of them asked me to pay him cash personally to “settle it.” When I refused, they processed a 3,000 MAD card charge even though my deposit had already been released.

The man with braces even told me it was my fault for booking through a broker and that I should have booked directly with them.

I told them I am diabetic, that I was shaking and dehydrated from the stress — they didn’t care at all and kept pressuring me.

Their office is not inside the airport but on a busy highway, and you depend entirely on their shuttle to reach your flight — impossible to leave on foot, especially when travelling with children and luggage.

My bank later confirmed the payment was fraudulent, refunded me, and replaced my card.

Extremely dishonest and heartless behaviour. Avoid this company and use a proper airport-based rental instead.

Avoid This Rental Company at All Costs
Awful, dishonest, and manipulative experience. Make sure that when you receive the car, you take detailed photos and videos of every inch—inside and outside—otherwise you risk paying a fortune for damages/scratches you didn’t cause. Strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

Poor, no airport pickup up as arranged, no pre booked child seats, high hidden charges for car cleaning

Pickup at Casablanca airport took longer than expected, and the deposit process felt a bit uncear. The car itself was clean and ran fine for the trip, no major issues there. Just be ready for some extra fees and double-check everything before signing.

We rented a car through Carjet with «take the risk» meaning; no expensive insurance. However, when we got there they wanted 2000 USD in insurance deposit. Ok, fine… So we gave them a card, then a second card then a third card. All of which had more then 2000 USD in them. It didnt work because they were debit cards and they needed a credit card. So we asked for another solution. They said: give us 8000 MAD cash in deposit and you’ll pay 27 EURO extra per day for the car. Which was more then what we originally paid per day for the car itself. Another guy came in, just finished with his rental and he got scammed and was told to pay 9000 MAD for basically nothing + they took the insurance he already paid and then he said: this is ridiculous, there is no damage to the car. They made something up and told him that his travel insurance would pay him back. «Just pay us now and take it up with your travel insurance company»
This gave us massive red flags and we asked them to cancel our reservation. They didn’t want to do that, and told us to talk to carjet. We left and found another car rental where we paid only for the car, no hidden fees and it’s been all good.
We have a pretty big platform so its safe to say that this place + carjet is going to feel it in the future. Places like these should not be allowed to do business at all. This is the one in MARRAKECH

Advertised as “Tangier Airport” location, but you must wait endlessly in the parking lot, make multiple phone calls, and are then driven 10 minutes away.

No NFC payment, no American Express, no Diners Club, no credit card signature option, no debit cards accepted – only Visa or Mastercard with PIN.

Car provided was dirty inside and heavily scratched outside.

In case of damage, no official repair invoices from a certified workshop are provided – only internal papers with no proof that repairs were actually done.

The service was exceptionally poor. The person who gave us the car told us that if anything happened to the car and it was not our fault we didn’t have to pay anything. We choose the fare Premium Plus in order to limit the deposit to 2.000 Dirhams (apparently in Morocco it is not possible to reduce it at zero…). Someone scratched our car when parked overnight in a proper parking spot in Rabat. We went to take the car the next morning and it was scratched. We immediately sent a message to our person of contact at Green Motion Marrakech (the same person who gave us the car and who told us to contact him for any issue or problem related to the car). This person never ever replied. When we were back to Marrakech, during the return of the car, one person made a car check and according to him everything was fine so he asked us to sign the return paper (stating that the car was in good order). His colleague (actually our person of contact) came out double checking the car saying that there was an issue with the car related to the small scratch at the rear. This person changed the paper that we signed indicating that there was a scratch at the rear. Considering this unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour we started expressing our discontent to the persons working at Green Motion. They of course wanted us to make us pay the maximum deposit (2000 dirhams) and after long discussions and two calls to the police (that never arrived) we had to pay 1000 dirhams. I would definitely discourage anyone to rent a car with Green Motion in Morocco.

I’ve had a great experience’s , during a pickup & drop off which was Quick. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff in Marrakech especially Oussama who went above and beyond to answer all my questions & concerns.
