Green Motion operates a car hire desk serving Bristol Airport (BRS), based at The Old Forge, Bridgwater Road, Lulsgate, Bristol. The office sits next to the Forge Motel, close to the terminal. Do not take the rental hall bus. Instead, exit the terminal, turn immediate right and walk approximately 300m, then at the main airport roundabout go left and walk a further 100m until you see the Green Motion office on the right. Travellers needing assistance or with limited mobility can call the branch to request the shuttle service, following signs to the pick up and drop area in the transport interchange. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 07:00–20:00, including public holidays.

Good service each time, by the team at the Bristol Airport office.
My only gripe was i picked up a bus lane fine due to road works and the only exit point was the bus lane, due to a bus refusing to let me back out because the normal road was closed, and the green moition office in London charged me about 68 pounds for an admin charge to forward an email, which i find a bit extortionate!

All went smoothly
Friendly, quick check-in and efficient check-out even though there was a queue. Perfect instructions for getting there and to and from the airport. Although it is a bit of a walk, fine for me but maybe not for less abled. The car was as advertised. Green Motion was clear and honest about the dents before and after so no issues with the deposit.

good vehicle, great staff
We received exactly the sort of vehicle we wanted - something on the smaller side rather than the "upgrade" to a large SUV that some places foisted upon us.
The staff at the location were helpful and friendly, and didn't pressure us to get more than what we'd booked.

The person who picked and dropped us to airport was very nice, friendly and jovial. Did not ask him his name but he did say working here was fun vs working at Europcar, his previous job which was a bit more “ serious” in attitude to customers.
We found him very good. Location is two mins from airport and collection and drop off was very easy and seamless.
I would highly recommend them without any hesitation.

Issues to consider
Booking was a tad confusing. I wanted a car with unlimited mileage but this was not clear how to get it. Pick up was ok but no instruction offered on how to use a hybrid car. They have a fuel policy that is return as you receive; it would be easier if it was full to full. I thought I was purchasing insurance from Green Motion as this is how it seemed on the website. This was not the case and £1500 was charged to my credit card. I returned the car with no issues and a month later the payment is still showing as pending on my credit card so not very happy about this. I have emailed Green Motion but not had any response.
