Green Motion operates a car rental service for Faro Airport (FAO), with an off-airport desk on Rua Aquilino Ribeiro in Faro reached by shuttle. This branch serves travellers arriving at and departing from Faro. After collecting luggage and clearing customs, ignore the Rent-a-Car signs and instead walk past Delta Café towards the Arrivals Hall, continuing inside the terminal until you reach Costa Coffee. From there, leave the terminal via exit B and head to the Kiss & Fly car park, next to the Traveller's Rest, where the shuttle to the rental desk picks up. Shuttles run roughly every 15 minutes in summer and every 30 minutes in winter. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–21:00, including public holidays.

Great customer service from start to finish. Very different to recent previous experience with large local supplier in the same area - yellow branding, will never return to them and will use Green Motion where available.

Scammed
Rented a car from 14th to the 18th September at Faro, Portugal.
Exorbitant damage deposit (nearly £3000)
Problems started when leaving car back.
A very, very young assistant stated that there was a "scrape" on the passenger side wing mirror.
There was NO evidence of a scrape and I asked for the manager to look at the car and point out the "scrape"
He AGREED that there was no scrape and assured me in front of 3 Witnesses that that would be the end of the matter and no payment would be due.
Over the course of the next 3 weeks I rang to reclaim my deposit and was continually told that they would ring or email me. THEY NEVER RANG OR EMAILED even though I confirmed my email with every phone call.
Imagine my surprise when they, without any consultation, took €220/ £190.82 from my deposit presumably for the non existent "scrape" to the wing mirror.
I received no satisfaction when I contacted them. The person I spoke to said they had emailed which was a downright lie...no emails in either my inbox or spam folders.
I have raised a complaint with Green Motion sending a video of the vehicle on it's return but needless to say my expectations are non existent.
An absolute sham of a Company. Scammers and nothing more.
Anyone who hires a vehicle off these crooks deserve all they get.
BEWARE OF GREEN MOTION.
