Green Motion operates a car rental desk at Hamburg Airport (HAM), serving travellers arriving at Flughafenstr. 1-3, Hamburg. The branch is based in the Terminal 2 arrivals area and covers passengers landing at either terminal. If you land at Terminal 1, collect your baggage and follow signs to Terminal 2, a walk of about 3 minutes, where the Green Motion desk is in the arrivals area. If you arrive at Terminal 2, the desk is right there after you collect your baggage. For car returns, follow the car rental return signs to the Green Motion return area at Hans-Grade-Weg Mietwagenrückgabe, where you park in an open lane and a service agent can assist and take the key. Desk opening hours (local time): every day 08:00–21:00, including public holidays.
