Before you travel
- Payment card: you'll need a credit card in the main driver's name for the security deposit. Accepted cards and deposit amounts vary by country and are shown before you book.
- Documents: bring your full driving licence and a valid ID. Some countries also need an International Driving Permit.

Il noleggio nel complesso è andato bene, sia la prenotazione che il ritiro sono stati semplici e senza intoppi, abbiamo anche avuto bisogno di chiedere diverse informazioni e ci hanno sempre risposto.Anche il veicolo era conforme a quanto chiesto e la consegna con la relativa restituzione della caparra sono stati immediati. Unico problema:alcuni giorni dopo essere rientrati abbiamo ricevuto un addebito sulla carta, probabilmente una sanzione stradale, ma nonostante le ripetute richieste via mail per sapere di cosa si trattava, non ci hanno mai risposto. Questo è abbastanza importante perché se invece fosse un addebito per danni, potremmo fare la richiesta di risarcimento all'assicurazione casco.
