Bad service, no trust

Already regretting the decision to enter into a contract with this company. Our monthly payment is way too high compared to our actual energy consumption. They don't want to believe you and don't want to change the monthly payment. We go from €60,- a month to €250,- based on a faulty historical energy consumption. Never had this problem before. Can't wait to switch to another energy provider as soon as possible.

Call times are longer and usual

I've called 4-5 times over 6 months due to a miscommunication and I have to wait in line around 20-30 mins every time.

I find this unacceptable, is anyone else experiencing the same issues over the past months?

Good customer service!

Just became a customer of GreenNL, so not sure about how the service will be, but so far the person helping me with the contract start date has been fantastic. Super kind and patient and she solved the problem in a very short time.

Ignored what I signed up for so I…

Ignored what I signed up for so I logged a call no response. So I sent a reminder no response. Now they send me a welcome with an actual phone number perhaps that will make them respond !
