I have used this company for over two years and I have seven late payments on my credit score due to them not paying my creditors on time even after taking my money within the proper payment window each month. Last month they missed a payment so we contacted my creditor and it was disclosed that they were two months behind with the same creditor, but took my money and told me the payment would be made every month. They asked the creditor for a goodwill adjustment due to the error on their part. I haven’t got the adjustment to my creditor score and I was just notified they are late again for the third month in a row on a ~$20 payment. I just reported them to BBB.com again, the attorney general for the state of NH and CFPB. This company is horrible to deal with.

They waited until I already signed up to tell me that one of the companies couldn’t be put into the package.

The customer service follow-up is always timely, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient.

Trying to get greenpath to inform my bank of closure of contract: waited for response and contact who answered told me someone would call me back - I believe this was 7/16- no one did.
