Ordered from Greenpeace shop on Aug 2nd. Still hasn't arrived. When inputting details into the 'Where is my Order' box the message is that the order number, email address or postcode I have just written are wrong. Which they aren't. So I cant contact the 'shop' to discuss. Is this a scam? Either way I won't be buying from them again.
I placed an order a week ago, only to find it has yet to be dispatched. No telephone number is provided to enable you to chase your order up. All you can do is send an email, and they take days to respond. In fact, my last email went unanswered. It appears that Greenpeace contract out to a third party, however, Greenpeace should be monitoring the service levels operated by this company. It certainly doesn't give me confidence to order from them again.
