Love the purse it is so roomy, love the outside pockets. Zips are easy and attractive.

This is an awesome bag. Has so much room and is comfortable to use.

The main brilliance of this bag? I had a fall this past weekend, split my chin open (which required 4 stitches) and there was blood everywhere, including all over this bag and strap. I was able to just get a sponge and clean the blood off, no trace of it. This was 8-10 hours later for the bag when I realised there was blood on it, and 3 days later for the strap. Came off no problem at all. AMAZING!

If the bag was a bit bigger.

The bag is exactly like described & on the pictures, nice quality and so cute.
I got regular shipping updates, it took 10 days (to germany) which is totally fine - not every company has the same capacities as amazon and some people seem to forget that (looking at the other reviews).

The bags are super cute! The only change I would make is for the pockets to be a little bit deeper and that's it. Otherwise they're quite functional and they look chic

My bag came with a Holy Bible keychain (?!), which was inappropriate and unasked-for. When I requested a return, I was offered a partial refund and told that it was too expensive to return the bag for a full refund. The bag was fine, but everything else about this experience was not.

It arrived in a good state and the Assistant Team was very understanding, respectful and helping.

This is the first item I bought after seeing it on Instagram that lived up to its hype and more! It's a perfect design, quality materials, packs a lot without being a total 'sack' of groceries. It looks smart and fun (esp if you add trinkets and chains!), never falls off your shoulder and offers totable straps as well so you can carry it in your hands for a different look. Absolutely fabulous. Now I need every colour!

The products on the site are all drop-shipped and very poor quality. What they say on their website does not really match what you’re getting. It was an instant return for me.
When you return it, they also make you pay for the return shipping cost.

Love this bag, can fit quite a bit in including my laptop. The chocolate colour goes with any fit of the day. The option of adjusting the strap to wear crossbody or shoulder is a great feature. I have been searching for a bag with soft leather and this works well for me. Thank you Pomme.
