I expected better communication and…
I expected better communication and clearer pricing. Some additional fees came as a surprise, and I don't think they were explained well in advance. On top of that, customer support was slow to respond, making it difficult to resolve my questions. There is definitely room for improvement in both transparency and responsiveness.

My experience with this company was very disappointing. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent, and I struggled to get clear answers to my questions. The overall service did not meet my expectations, and I felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority. I would not choose this company again.
