Visiting Green retreats was such a lovely experience, it is such a welcoming space with friendly knowledgeable staff. We are at the start of journey planning our outdoor space and their help and information has been great.

We recently had a garden room completed by Green Retreats and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The level of service throughout the project was exceptional. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent at every stage, and the project management was first-class — everything was clearly organised, delivered on time, and handled with real attention to detail.

The quality of workmanship and finish is superb. The garden room has exceeded our expectations and has completely transformed the space. You can really see the care and pride that goes into their work.

I would highly recommend Green Retreats to anyone considering a garden room. A fantastic company delivering a premium product with exceptional customer service.

A straightforward experience. Instructions clear at every stage and all the installation people who came were on time and helpful. Customer services including Jessica also easy to deal with and proactive. Can't believe how quickly the office went up and good value for money.

From our first visit to the showroom to the garden room being completed, we have been thoroughly impressed with the service from Green Retreats. We were given a warm welcome (including our dog!) and lots of helpful advice without feeling like a hard sell. Once we decided to go ahead and place an order, each step of the project was managed carefully by their friendly advisers and there was always someone on the end of the phone to answer our questions. The installers were polite and professional and the job progressed without a hitch. We are delighted with our garden room and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Green Retreats for their 5* service. I really wanted to see the garden rooms on display and see the various options for installation, flooring , etc for real , an online or brochure photo isn’t quite the same . The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable . It was great to have a printout of the design and costs to take away and book a site visit at the same time ! Thanks !

I had my garden room built 5 years ago and this year when I opened it for a spring clean out I noticed there was dampness on one wall. I wrote to the customer service team and within a few weeks the issue was resolved and the inside repainted. All done withe the same wo derful approach to customer service that I experience during installation. Great team of people and I would recommend them to anyone.

A very friendly, professional welcome and discussion. We were amazed how much we could see from a high street location. Your representative was very knowledgeable and also clear on anything she would follow up on or check if a possibility for us. Couldn’t have been better.

Great in showroom experience, attentive staff, good overview of the product offerings, and clear next steps

The whole process was very smooth and everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful.
Beginning with the initial enquiry and visit to the showroom, there was no sales pressure and only helpful advice. We were initially a bit indecisive on what design to go with and the sales person was patient and made valuable suggestions.
We then refined the design with helpful online tool, and placed the order. Communication by the staff throughout was very clear and responsive, and we knew at all stages what was due to happen next. Special thanks to Sogna our customer contact, and to all of the team who worked so hard to build the room.
The site survey similarly explained what we needed to arrange for site clearance, and we moved onto the fabrication stage.
On installation, we had several teams over a number of days. Every member of staff was friendly, polite and highly efficient.
We were amazed how quickly the construction went, and have been delighted with the final product. All our visitors have been impressed with the build quality and attention to detail.
I would not hesitate to recommend Green Retreats as they made the whole process painfree. Truly excellent service, thank you.

Lovely experience dealing with Green retreats. Visiting the showroom in Westcott was a fun day out for the family, and the kids loved looking around all the showpiece garden rooms. The sales staff were very friendly and helpful. All stages of the build went smoothly and all of the build team were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend Green retreats.

From the first initial visit to the show room, to the completion of our new garden office, i give a 5 star review for each and every member of staff. Each visit from trades people, to the communication over the telephone or by email, was 100% professional, polite and nothing was too much trouble. 100% recommend. We are over the moon with our new office, how it looks, the build quality and standard of customer service.

We had some issues with the cladding after three years which was an outsourced product quality issue not a Green Retreats workmanship issue. They carried out the warranty work without any justifying the problem, ,difficulties or reasoning and just got on with the job in a professional and timely manner to suit us.
The fitting team that came to site were clean ,tidy and professional and willing to help in any way they could to make it as easy for us a possible.
Would thoroughly recommend Green Retreats to anyone.
