We have had our studio from Green Retreats for around 10 years, and it has been one of the best investments we’ve ever made.
Recently, we needed their help to resolve an issue, and the entire team was absolutely five-star. I can’t thank them enough for the way they handled everything. They went above and beyond to address the problem and left everything looking and working as good as new.
The studio is an amazing space that the whole family uses. It has adapted perfectly to our changing needs over the years and has become an invaluable part of our home. Not only is it incredibly practical, but it also looks beautiful in the garden and has genuinely enhanced both our lifestyle and our property.
The quality of both the product and the aftercare has been outstanding. It’s rare to find a company that still provides this level of customer service so many years after installation. It’s a huge thumbs up from me.

I am delighted with Green Retreats' supply, installation and commissioning of my garden office and storage. I can confirm that the professionalism and skill sets demonstrated on this project were second to none.
From the initial inception of the project on the computer screen at the Twickenham office, to the surveyors measuring up and then sorting out planning permission, this was an immense task and took over 12 months to complete. I was impressed by the team sent to dig the foundations and ensure the floor was 100% flat, and by the team installing the prefabricated sections on site, which took over 5 days to complete. This was followed by plastering, painting and finally the electrics. The electricians deserve a special thanks for resolving the electrical issues with UK Power Networks and the subsequent earthing of the consumer unit, which passed with flying colours.

I would not hesitate to recommend Green Retreats to anyone looking for genuine end-to-end project management, with sign-off at each stage to ensure customer satisfaction.

Had our garden room installed just before lockdown in 2020. Have been delighted with it ever since. The team were incredibly efficient and they were no issues at all.
Six years later, we recently had a minor problem with the door which Green Retreats fixed within a week with no fuss. James on the aftercare team was an absolute legend working in 36 degree heat.

This is a long-overdue review for Green Retreats. We had our cabin installed some time ago, and after living with it and enjoying it for many months, I can honestly say it was one of the best investments we've made for our home.

We wanted a peaceful space to relax and unwind, and the cabin has completely transformed our garden. It has become our own little retreat where we can enjoy a morning coffee, read a book, or simply escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

From the initial consultation to the installation, the Green Retreats team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. The entire process was smooth and well-managed, and the quality of the finished cabin is outstanding. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall finish have exceeded our expectations.

Even after all this time, we're still delighted with the space and use it regularly. It's comfortable, beautifully designed, and feels like a natural extension of our home.

Green retreats is a beautifully organised place with lots of garden office designs to view. The viewing experience was quite enjoyable as we could go into each display office and get a feel for the spaces. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, patiently answered all our questions. We were a bit late to our appointment but they were still happy to accommodate us and did not rush us at all even though we went past their closing time. They also promptly scheduled the survey.
Overall we highly recommend green retreats.

We started off with our local Twickenham hub for an initial spec and quote which we were happy with and subsequently went on to visit the flagship in Westcott which is highly recommended. The spacious Westcott showroom showcases multiple styles of garden rooms with different interiors for inspiration and we changed our original spec whilst at Westcott. Furthermore the assistance and guidance we received was exceptional and we had a lot of questions. The teams relating to the different stages of the build were all excellent and some really went the extra mile, such as the painter who followed my spec to perfection, nothing was too much trouble. Whilst there may have been some glitches or things that I felt needed to be changed or improved on, there was no hesitation from the support team in terms of putting things right, which ultimately meant the end result was perfect. My contact in customer support was Sogna who was absolutely amazing; she went to great lengths to make sure that everything went according to plan and answered my continuous queries promptly and efficiently. The end result is a spectacular garden room split into an entertainment TV area, spacious central office space and relaxing mini bar area! We couldn't be happier and if I had to do this again, I'd definitely go with this company.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of the team in the showroom. The breadth of products is impressive albeit there are some restrictions on customisation.

Very helpful team and a calm, accommodating environment to view the different options.

Driver representing the company clearly has no consideration for fellow users. Pulling out last minute, almost causing a collision then break checking my vehicle after receiving a hoot. Very unprofessional and dangerous.

Amazing company, staff and products.
Unfortunately, with many companies these days any form of customer service disappears once the order and deposit are made. Green Retreats is very a refreshing change as all departments from showroom, accounts, technicians right through to aftercare have amazing staff who genuinely want to help. Unlike other companies that you can only contact through email or online chat, Green Retreats have a telephone number so you can speak to a real person and they actually do what they say (many thanks James and Tracey). The final product is amazing too - many, many amazing compliments. A very happy customer!

Had a fantastic tour of their showroom by Leah who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We ended up spending far longer than we expected, as there was so much choice for every budget. Unfortunately can’t quite stretch to their exquisite X Range, but are considering the wonderful G Range. It was great to see all the garden rooms “in the flesh” and see all the options available. It was useful to get a feel of the sizes as we ended up going slightly larger than we had originally planned. Got a site visit booked so fingers crossed. Thanks to Leah for her patience and hospitality.

Wow! What a great experience from start to finish. Everyone i dealt with was so professional, polite and diligent. The whole process was seamless and the team onsite had an eye for detail. The finished product is actually better than I had imagined. Would highly recommend Green Retreats.

Green retreats and their team were amazing! From the customer service team, Jessica was outstanding. Always easy to get in contact with and always answered any questions we had and always followed up.
The installation team and electrics team were very friendly and patient with us, as we had 2 dogs and needed to let them out in the garden for toilet etc, they loved dogs so that helped a lot. The team were friendly, polite and done the job quickly and efficiently. They left the garden nice and clean after their work as well. No unnecessary mess.

Overall we are very happy with the staff and service and our outbuilding outer house. Would 100% recommend green retreats and their team! 10/10
