I've been a customer of Green Roads for 5 years. I love their products. My most recent order was for 2 of the CBD muscle & joint cream - 750 mg - in a pump-top container. When I pumped the top to get some cream out, no lotion came out, from both containers. I ended up taking a screwdriver to pop off the top and now I can access the cream. In the past, I've had no trouble with the way the pump worked. So I'll continue ordering this brand knowing that I have to force the top off. I'd thought about calling the company. Instead I have an easy but unfortunate way of putting the product on myself. Also, if you order anything from Green Roads and they give you an estimated delivery date, tack on a few days more for it to reach you. I ordered it on May 28th and instead of it arriving on June 3rd, I got it on June 7th. Good luck.

After making a purchase, they came out with a discount coupon one day later. I contacted them but they wouldn’t honor or apply the discount to my order which I had yet to receive. The reply was the marketing department has nothing to do with sales department. Poor customer service in my opinion. I do like the product though and it’s the only reason I keep purchasing.

I used CBD Pain Relief CBD Cream (OTC) - 750mg for the first time after experiencing significant back pain during a hospital stay. My mother gave me some of the cream to use and the relief was near instant. After experiencing how effective this pain relief cream was, I knew I had to get my own bottles. Received Advanced Pain Relief roll-on & Muscle & Joint (cool) Relief roll-on quickly. I use both regularly because I have osteoarthritis and these are only product that gives me any relief when my pain is light to medium. I use the subscription option so I always have these products. When either is out of stock I get nervous I’ll run out!
