Matt, arrived on time and was very professional, and easy to talk to. He explained things in an clear and précised way that I understood. He checked my boiler and loft space. Checked my Electric and Gas usage, Confirmed my bills were on the higher side, and explained ways to help reduce my usage. He installed foil reflective material behind my radiators, installed draft excluders on some doors and gave me plug in remote controlled lamp saving units. He also installed a letter box draught excluder and door seals on the front and back doors. He also offered me a number of cost saving kitchen items, such as an air fryer, dehumidifier. It was definitely a great decision on my part to signup for a home visit. I have also changed my Gas and Electric suppliers and my Tariffs have reduced. So I am already saving money. Thanks to all I met when I came to the open day at the Office, everyone was friendly and very professional, plus I got a cup of tea, WIN WIN.

Green Rose are a fantastic CIC.
They work hard to make sure they help as many people as possible. They run a welcoming HUB In Lancaster where you can stop for a brew and a chat. they provide free energy advice and run wonderful workshops at the HUB.

Green Rose has been helpful in terms of their literature, advice when working with members of the community and their interpersonal skills. I appreciated their help.

James provided really helpful advice to us when we moved house. We want to reduce our carbon footprint where we can, but we didn't know where to start. James took us through a number of options and recommended some local suppliers and gave us many practical tips so that we can start on a journey towards lower carbon emissions (and bills!) from our home.
