GREENS ESSENTIALS - Awful company

Awful company , do not use them!!
Ordered goods from Greens Essentials, they never arrived. Contacted them for a refund, still not refunded months later with a ream of excuses as to why. Awful company was are literally ripping people off with no intention of putting right their wrongs.

This must be the worst company ever!
Hugely in denial of their own incompetence despite trying to defraud many people!
Had the unfortunate experience in trying to purchase items back in the Autumn 23.
Goods never arrived - refunds were promised a plethora of times but every time blaming outside factors.
In the end had to raise the issue with my bank post such action they suggested the pathway I’d already opted for thanks to Greens (Greens Essentials) total incompetence.
Several months later they are now disputing the refund despite never delivered the purchased goods.
Is there no limit to the incompetence?:

We’ve reviewed the evidence they sent, and the reasons why they believe this payment is valid. Based on your original dispute/evidence we don’t accept their response and have taken the claim further.

No rights, refuse to listen

No rights, no right to reply, is that what the green party is about? Don't want to listen, hear or discuss, with anyone, they are right you are wrong, sounds like lots of political parties. Support you getting heating, insulation, listen to issues, or support corporations making money from disabled people with no heating, hot water, insulation? this is not what I expected from the Green Party
