Love it, but sometimes hate it a bit
Really hard it’s placing an online order and then picking it up in store over a weekend. Staff just don’t know where anything is or how to get to or find anything within the other storeroom! The online prices are cheaper than the in store prices and they can’t price match when you go in store although you can show them the price on your phone. I was told there’s nothing they can do! However, all the staff are actually the nicest guys in the world. Definitely not there fault, just a system problem the manager needs to work through!

Should have been 5 stars, however I ordered online on Saturday and the site said it would be ready to collect in an hour and I would get an email. After waiting over an hour I nipped to the shop on the off chance it was ready. The very helpful guy behind the counter told me the Internet team doesn't work weekends and It wouldn't be ready till Monday. He then checked my order and payment and got me my stuff. So it worked out okay in the end.
Thanks to that guy I wasn't as annoyed as I may have been. Looks decent inside the shop and staff seem really knowledgeable. I will be returning to have a better look around some time soon
