Email stated ready for pickup. Staff had no idea about the order..two items not in stocks and had to have a refund for one and alternative item for the other..staff instore very sympathetic and did best to accommodate. Ordered before with no issues.

Fast, efficient and professional service!
I ordered and paid for a wall fan through the online shop.
First thing next day I received a call saying the one I purchased they didn’t have is stock so we’re sending me a different fan, of better quality, slightly higher cost, but with no extra fee!
The fan arrived the very next day and works great!
