Heads up on Green Star Solar, Newcastle NSW

Heads up on Green Star Solar if you are considering them. They appear to be an electrical contractor installing on behalf of other solar design companies. Our experience dealing with them, requiring a quotation for large residential off-grid install, in summary is one of being unprofessional, disinterested and lack of courtesy towards us, including not turning up for pre-arranged site visit, lack of communication, weeks wasted waiting for a response, with many excuses given. We never did get a proposal from them. If you intend to, we suggest you approach with caution.
