Voucher refused by Hotel as contract. Greenstorm confirm the reimbursement but I never receive it !!! No answer after months of emails ! Avoid any order or travel with these company.

There are difficulties in staying…
There are difficulties in staying overnight in the hotels as the vouchers can only be redeemed based on hotel availability. Hotels tend to sell at higher prices than greenstorm, so they have limited availability and certainly not in the high season.

Voucher refused by Hotel as contract has been stopped. No answer after months of emails and contacts from Greenstorm.eu or We-are.travel.com. No refund or change or even answer ! Avoid those Companies.
