Always very efficient and friendly service from Chris from the Bath branch. Although I do feel it’s getting a little expensive

Jamie (Canterbury branch) provides a first class service. Always on time, gets on with it - friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and effective.

I needed something done about my weed-ridden grass. I had seen a GT van and found the website. Good response to the enquiry, but took a few weeks to actually get a visit. Dave Gleeson, the consultant, could talk! but it became apparent he knew his business. First treatment completed, and I signed for an annual plan.

We ordered the hard surface treatment they charged us for 100m2. Our patio is just 17m2. Furthermore the patio looks no better. When we queried this the young man said he would investigate ate get back to us that day are the following day. He did not.

Great work by Aaron Scaresbrook as ever. Professional and reliable.

OMG they are the most frustrating company EVER.
My neighbour uses them and so I thought I’d phone or try and phone to get an assessment of my lawns ( which are quite large)
On finally getting through a sales assistant tried to google my property to quote me online even though I told her my property was a little complicated and needed someone to come out and take a look to quote correctly.
She seemed more interested in telling me about how much my monthly cost would be and if I wanted the top package, most popular package or basic - I kept saying but how can you quote when you can’t see all of my lawns.
Finally she agreed to send out a specialist - that was 3 weeks ago - I got a confirmation text with the date, but no time, so as I work, I had to phone again to get a time. This I finally got but it was an afternoon window so I organised the time off of work - it was scheduled for today.

Yesterday I got an email confirming they would be coming next Wednesday?? I once again had to phone and when finally someone from sales got back to me she said she had no idea why it was changed as she wasn’t scheduling and that she could quote me online ? WHAT. Here we go again.
I explained thank you but no, I need someone to come out and she kept her cool but you could hear her rude tone as she said she’d need to get someone from scheduling to call me.
Did they? Of course not.
Instead today I got yet another text telling me my appointment is now next Friday 😱
Later this afternoon I did finally get an email saying they didn’t come out today as they had a system error.

I’m sure if they ever do actually get out to you, they do an ok job, but imagine I paid this unprofessional company each month and then they didn’t bother to turn up to scheduled appointments-
Firstly I don’t have the time to keep calling them and secondly I’m not going to keep taking time off of work for then not turning up.

I’m so looking forward to my daily text messages from them over the coming days with these constant scheduled changes - it’s become quite a joke in my house.

Robbie , your staff member in Kelso Scottish Borders ,is first class in his job. He goes out of his way to explain your grass and exactly what he’s doing to it.
