WORST Immigration service

WORST Immigration service. Dont pay them any money. All after the payment, they are not gonna do anything and will not refund money. They have a useless management team, where you have to follow up multiple times for a reply which says some nonsense things. A bunch of irresponsible fellows working with them. We made the mistake of trusting Green…

We made the mistake of trusting Green Tree Immigration (GTI) with our Canada PR process and paid ₹1.37 lakhs, only to experience false promises, no progress, and unresponsive service. The assigned officers — Akshay J (Lead Case Officer), who was irresponsible and failed to respond; Ms. Anandhi Srinivasan (Process Executive), who was unhelpful and provided no genuine support; and Ashish Anand (Assistant Branch Manager), who made multiple promises but never took action — all displayed a lack of professionalism and accountability. When we lost trust and requested a refund, GTI completely refused, hiding behind unclear and misleading clauses that were never properly explained during calls. They later sent a generic message stating that refunds are “not applicable under any circumstances,” even though no actual process or service had been initiated. This is unethical and exploitative. Green Tree operates through deceptive agreements and poor client handling, trapping people after taking payment. We strongly warn others not to risk their hard-earned money with Green Tree Immigration.
