Neoreservo (Greenway) – concerning experience
I am based in Australia and purchased Neoreservo (Greenway) online.
After about one week of use, my husband began to feel unwell, experiencing dizziness and digestive issues. As a result, I started looking more closely into the product and its regulatory status.
I contacted the company to request clarification regarding product certification, licensing, and any clinical or medical evidence supporting the claims made in their marketing. I did not receive clear answers or verifiable documentation.
From my own research, I was unable to identify confirmed product registration or recognised regulatory approval in Australia or other jurisdictions, nor accessible evidence of clinical trials supporting the broad health claims being promoted.
The product is marketed in a very strong way, with claims suggesting significant health benefits, which may create the impression of medical effectiveness. However, at the same time, responsibility and accountability appear unclear due to the involvement of multiple international entities.
I also requested a refund but was informed that it was not possible.
