They provide and run a patient portal…medical Group.

They provide and run a patient portal medical site for Intercoastal Medical Group, it is the worst run company ever. The portal is always down, when you try to connect it tells you you may experience some difficulty connecting as we are updating our site. I have seen this message close to one year now! You cannot contact anyone from this company, I am not able to check my messages from my doctors as my login info is not recognized any more. I don't understand why Intercoastal would use such an inferior company like this.
