I needed what could be described only as a small silly component for a MTB , An internet search led me here and what I believed to be a casual all be it pointless search found the exact part I needed , a genuine shimano part at incredible value , I happily helped Mike with some feedback on installation and will go here first for any shimano related issues

Despite my not knowing exactly which tool I required, Mike pointed me in the right direction, sent the spanner very promptly, and even provided excellent advice on how to use it. Thanks to the Greenwich Market Trader my Brompton is now back on the road.

The company owner Mike Breen is super helpful and I actually called him on the phone to discuss the purchase of some Sturmey Archer ball ring spanners.
He explained everything to me that I needed to know, and even went to the trouble to calculate different postage services to try and save me a couple of pounds. I found this really thoughtful and above and beyond.
The items arrived well-packaged and in good time.

Online purchase of a bike brake spring. The component was well catalogued and described on the website, price was good. Order was processed and dispatched really promptly and delivery was fast.

Brilliant online ordering experience from Greenwich Market Trader!
I was struggling to find a small part for a motorbike engine, Google showed one in stock at Greenwich Market Trader, and at a very good price! Because the GMT website is fairly plain, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it was superb - communication and updates from Mike were very clear and detailed, the package arrived bang on time, and it was so nicely packed it could have been a piece of jewellery, not just a bit of metal for an engine! All round perfect experience, and price was way lower than I was expecting. I will certainly be keeping an eye on the webshop to see when other items come on.

Mike was very helpfull and despatched the bike tools I ordered promptly. The specialist Sturmey Archer tools I bought were very well engineered and I am amazed at how they can be sold for such a low price.
