You shouldn't promote you're cuff links in boxes as when you order them and receive them it is in a crap bag wrapped in LITERALLY TISSUE!!! Not happy with that as people spend alot of money on these things!!!!! Also you should really learn to respond to you're customer's as I have emailed you 4 times and rang several still no response!!!

Its been 4 weeks and I haven’t receved any email about my order
The traking number you send me in the confirmation email is wrong
I cant access your website with my email it keeps telling me wrong email

Absolutely loved the cuff links but disappointed with packaging, for what I paid the box could have been better.

I still havent received my order which was made in August. Please respond to my emails!

Product was high quality and exactly as advertised. My order arrived quickly and on-time. The merchant was excellent at communicating with me concerning timing of delivery and order status. Would absolutely do business again and will look at these guys first when I need any similar jewelry in the future

The cuff links were exactly what I wanted to a tee. Thank you! I thought the customer service was excellent. There was a slight problem after I ordered and they contacted me personally, to make sure it was fixed, then got on it right away.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I ordered two sets of cufflinks and they both came out amazing!! Definitely exceeded my expectations! The customer service is also top notch with these guys. I did an order on 22 april of cufflinks and tie clip. Its now 8 weeks ago. On 22 may u send me a mail that u gone ship the cufflinks and tie clip with in 10 days. I didnt get any mail that u shipped the order. So i contact u by mail on 6 june u didnt reply me back so i contact u on facbook on 7 june. U give me answer after 3 days 10 june that the cufflinks are produced but ur still waiting for the tie clip to come out of production. Normally it should be done this week u said. Now its more that 8 days i didnt hear anything from u. Called them on 20 june they are ready to ship but i didnt got any tracking information. So i called today now they are picking up there phone.

Took a long time. Arrived just in time. Not happy with the quality. Looks cheap and tacky.

They reached out when I ordered to inform me of processing and production after they noted the wedding date. They offered a full refund but I chose to roll the dice that the cuff links would be here in time. They arrived just in time for the wedding! Great customer service and so far so good on the cuff links...will know more on the product once they are worn a few times.
