I actually had an amazing experience with Gressi in Frankfurt Airport. I was introduced to the brand by a very nice lady who persuaded me into purchasing something my wife was looking for a long time. The devices really helped her and to be honest I also use them sometimes and my skin already looks much better after only few treatments.
I recommend them to everyone, especially to those who believe that investing in themselves is the highest form of self love.

This company employs unsavoury sales…
This company employs unsavoury sales practices. I would recommend avoiding buying anything from them in store, especially one of their pop-up stores. They have a no-returns policy on anything bought at a physical location. However, the charming sales assistant that talked me into buying a contura device at a pop-up shop in Frankfurt airport mentioned a 30 day returns policy but didn’t mention this only applies to online purchases ( I doubt she was aware of it). When returning home I realised I made an unwise impulse purchases but unlike any other company this one doesn’t allow a return even of an unopened product in original packaging. When contacting them they pointed out that the policy was printed on the receipt, but since I only received that after making the purchase, that didn’t make a difference. Had I been made aware prior to purchasing I would have give it another thought, considering the high price of the product.
