The surveyor was carried out within a matter of a few days and the level 3 report was ready within a week. Tony called me straight after the survey to talk me through some points. Tony really went above and beyond. He was concerned about the conservatory in the rain. Without being asked, he went back to the property a few days later after heavy rain-fall to check the conservatory.

I found the whole experience from liaising with the team to speaking with Tony Gribbon the surveyor to reading the report to be painless. The team are beyond helpful, Tony was thorough, and spent time explaining the implications of the findings verbally and his report was thorough with recommendations on next steps. I have used another surveyor recently for another property last year and I can tell you the experience was like chalk and cheese. I would highly recommend Gribbon and Pelham for your survey needs. Easy to understand and more than easy to deal with. They spend time making sure you understand their findings and offer to speak again. The survey report was ahead of time and they were available to undertake the survey in a timely manner. What more can you ask? I highly recommend them to you.

Spoke to Tony initially - Very helpful, gave me advise on what would be best for our situation. First time buyer so appreciate speaking to someone friendly rather than someone attempting to upsell to a more expensive and unnecessary contract. Swift responses, gave us a call after the inspection to give a quick run down before we received the full written report 5 working days later.

Gribbon and Pelham have produced two reports for me this year. The reports are concise, well-written and I really appreciate the verbal feedback that comes before the report. I would definitely recommend this company for house surveys.
