Poor first time experience

I used them for the first time for an online order. One of the packets arrived opened, as soon as I opened the outer envelope coffee beans fell out. One of the packets didnt have the datestamp on it. I complained via their contact us form. I have heard nothing, I won't be back.

Zero Customer Service - Do Not Use

Ordered a 1kg of coffee well over a week ago and still not received. I had a notification a week ago to say it had arrived at the local Royal Mail depot but it was never delivered or left the depot. I went to the depot and they had no idea where my parcel was. I’ve tried contacting Grindhouse Coffee 3 separate times about a replacement or a refund and I’ve had absolutely zero response from them. Terrible customer service. I’m going to report them to trading standards if they do not reply within the next few days. So disappointing.

Cosy Coffee

Taken to this great little cafe by my cousin because its dog friendly. What a treat, great interior, love the art for sale. Super friendly and helpful staff. Had full breakfast, wow. Great service very tasty and well presented and plenty on the plate. Coffee just as good. Toilet small but spotless with lots of very thoughtful touches, spare nappies and female facilities. Was dog friendly, doesn't bother me. Will definitely be back 5⭐️

AVOID

AVOID, used them for about 3 months with monthly delivery's. No customer support when a the "freshly" roasted coffee delivery was completely undrinkable. You get what you pay for!

Ignored

I have tried several times over the last week to contact the Company as they offer 10% of 1st order, yet have had absolutely no contact back from them. Therefore they have lost custom- terrible Customer service

The coffee alone would be worth 5 stars...

The coffee alone would be worth 5 stars but the customer service is fantastic as well.

We've been ordering 5kg or more a month since October 2021 and the quality is always absolutely consistent and fantastic.

We had an issue with our subscription this month due to an expired card and got in touch. They were helpful and sorted the issue quickly. The upshot was that we accidentally got two orders shipped this month. A member of their team, Scott I believe, called us up just to check that we were happy with that in case we wanted to cancel one of them etc.

Can't recommend them enough for the coffee (we drink Colombia Noir by the truck-load) and thanks again for the quick and helpful customer service!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, great coffee and very good prices. (Serious coffee drinkers can save even more by taking out a subscription for regular deliveries.)
