Too often do we have to deal with unwilling or non-communicative companies in this field, and it's refreshing to find a company that actually seems to value their customers and understands their needs. I purchased a steadycam rig from CameraKings. I walked in to the showroom where I was given friendly, professional, very helpful pre-purchase advice. The ordered item was delivered promptly and safely. I was concerned that I and my two colleagues needed to be comfortable with using the steadycam, and the three of us were invited back to the showroom where we spent a good half hour being given basic training and tips in using the equipment. This was very much above and beyond what was required of CameraKings, I was very taken with their thoughtful and extremely helpful advice and time freely given. I would rate this company very highly and recommend it to anyone looking to purchase similar equipment.

Making our first movie on an extremely low budget proved to turn into a difficult birth right at the beginning stages involving equipment purchases. Decisions, decisions. Really impressed by the speed and packaging quality, the box was solid and after I ordered my package arrived (EU order) 2 days later. I've had local shops take longer.

We ordered a DJI Ronin which arrived extremely quickly at a very reasonable price.

However the Ronin had a fault and had to be sent abroad in order to be fixed. Camera Kings, specifically Kash, received the item back from us and facilitated sending it off to Germany to get fixed. Kash was very understanding with us and we very much appreciated his chasing up of the repair in order to get the item back to us as soon as possible.

Overall, was a really positive experience and we would recommend CameraKings to anyone looking to purchase video kit in the future.

We received excellent sales and aftersales advice from Sam, Kash and the team when buying a Gudsen Moza Lite Stabiliser/Gimball. Great communication throughout. We hade a few problems with the calibration but Sam was on hand and gave us expert tuition, even throwing in a free part to help. The travel case got damaged and they replaced it on the spot, no questions asked. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks very much.

Was an absolute pleasure dealing with this company. First off the prices were great compared to some competitors and even items coming a lot further away.

Initially when I received my order there was some damage (possibly in transit or from the manufacturer's end), but a solution was very quickly found to this thanks to the help of Kash. Everything was swiftly resolved and I am very happy with the communication and overall friendliness of all dealings.

I had bought an extended life battery from Camera Kings but unfortunately it failed after two years. Not at all expecting a replacement (few companies give more than a year and even less will warranty batteries), I was taken aback when they asked for a video of the malfunction and quickly offered a replacement. I had an event coming up and needed the battery desperately, again accepting it might not come. They went out of their way, despite my annoying emails urgently changing the destination, and delivered the battery the day after getting it from their supplier. The warranties that CameraKings offer are alone enough reason to shop here but the customer service is one hell of an icing.

I recently bought 2 tiltheads for my proaim tripods from CameraKings. Their Customer service was excellent.

My items arrived well packaged and when promised.I am very pleased with my purchase.I would certainly not hesitate to buy from them again if I need anything else in the future as they were most helpful.

I bought a truckload of gear from them, and since I have no prior experience with filming gear, I had to rely on reviews and discussions. CameraKings always replied to my questions (and our back and forth conversation did become rather long). I never felt they gave me a sales speech. They even convinced me to buy a cheaper stabilizer that were meant for lighter loads, since Wondlan's largest model would not work with such small loads as I often would use.

They may not have the biggest lineup in the business, but on the other hand it is my impression that they try to limit their shop to products they have first hand knowledge of (but this is speculation on my part).

I certainly like the fact that I can find my way around in their webshop, which is an important tool when building a kit.

There was some waiting after ordering, but the lead time was shown directly in the webshop, so I knew that beforehand. No trouble in shipping. Got my notification from UPS and knew when delivery was planned.

I miss a few things, though:
More audio gear.
More filters to go with a matte box.
More extensive descriptions on their website (particularly content written by the staff from their working experience) and links to trustworthy reviews.
Suggestions for products that fits a particular gizmo. E.g. if I'm looking on a Lanparte V-Mount quick release plate, I'd like to see a suggestion for a VCT-14 adapter to "complete the kit" so to speak.

I ordered a filter (at a very competitive price) late on Thursday evening and to my surprise it was delivered on Saturday morning. Despite the delivery being free the package was delivered using the royal mail 24 hour service. Great service. I only wish they sold Panasonic lenses - I would certainly have bought my 20mm f1.7 from them too. Given the plethora of dishonest Hong Kong based photographic retailers I would suggest they make it more clear on their website that they are a UK company.

Not normally one to leave reviews, but really nice team and they went out their way to keep me updated. Will be back again soon!

I was looking for the Glidecam HD-2000 for a while and needed it urgently for a project that I was involved in. After a quick response from one of the CameraKings team in regards to a few questions I had relating to the product, I went ahead with the purchase. Due to the urgency of work, I needed the Glidecam quickly and so I opted in for Express Delivery. It arrived promptly and in time for the shoot and so I am extremely satisfied with the service that CameraKings offered. I will certainly use their services again in the near future and highly recommend them to anyone.
