I'm a mainspec healer, and was struggling to get a PUG together to finish off the achievements I wanted this season. Discussed my requirements with the team and they were very candid and helpful through Discord. Team leader looked over my profile and encouraged me to heal through the two instances instead of playing DPS, which was cool.

Team were well-geared and knew the dungeon mechanics. We had a laugh going through the content and we joked a little bit. We were so close to completing the key with +3 but I had a couple of mistakes which didn't help.

Overall: Super happy with my experience the first time I engaged the team, so happy I came back for help with this other achievement as well. Two thumbs up, will recommend.
